By booking services, purchasing products, or submitting any form on this website, you agree to the following Terms of Service.


1. Services
Claire Coyle LLC provides professional voiceover, audiobook narration, audio performance, recording sessions (live or directed), and related digital services (“Services”). All services are delivered digitally unless otherwise agreed in writing.


2. Quotes, Orders & Payment
All pricing is provided in written form via email, platform messaging (e.g., Fiverr, Voices), invoice, or checkout page.
Payment is due in full before work begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted forms of payment include Stripe, PayPal, platform escrow services, or other methods listed at checkout.
Failure to submit payment may delay or cancel delivery.


3. Revisions Policy
Your project includes:

  • Two (2) free rounds of revisions within 30 days of delivery.

Revisions are defined as changes to already-approved scripts.
The following do not count as revisions and will be billed separately:

  • Script rewrites or additions

  • Changes in direction after delivery

  • Tone/style changes not specified in the original brief

  • Re-records requested after the 30-day window

Errors made by Claire Coyle (e.g., misreads) will be corrected at no charge.


4. Live / Directed Sessions
Live sessions (Zoom or similar platforms) are billed by the hour or package rate.

  • Session time begins at the scheduled start.

  • Late arrival or no-show by the client is still billable.

  • Raw audio files are delivered unless otherwise agreed.

5. Turnaround Time
Standard turnaround times are stated per project. Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee.
Delays caused by incomplete scripts, late feedback, or missing assets may extend delivery time.


6. Usage Rights & Licensing
Unless explicitly included, all projects are licensed for the usage specified at time of booking.
Additional usage (broadcast, paid ads, large distribution, AI training, etc.) requires a separate license agreement.
Clients may not use recordings to train AI models, voice clones, or synthetic voices without written consent.


7. Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature of voiceover work:

  • All sales are final once recording begins.

  • Refunds are not available for completed or partially completed work.

If you are unsatisfied, revisions will be offered in accordance with the policy above.


8. Intellectual Property
All recordings remain the property of Claire Coyle LLC until full payment is received.
Upon payment, the client receives a license to use the recordings only for the agreed-upon purpose.


9. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide:

  • Final scripts

  • Clear pronunciation guides

  • Performance direction (if applicable)

  • Accurate usage information

Delays caused by missing or inaccurate information are not the responsibility of Claire Coyle LLC.


10. Email & Data Collection
By submitting any form on this site, you consent to receive email communications from Claire Coyle LLC.
Your information is never sold or shared with third parties.
You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.


11. Limitation of Liability
Claire Coyle LLC is not liable for indirect damages including lost profits, missed launches, or production delays beyond reasonable control.


12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, United States.
